Virtual Viewings Huge Success
Since the property market has reopened we have received a large number of requests for virtual viewings.
We are now producing a free walk through video tour when a property becomes available which we upload to You Tube to allow potential tenants to view the property in more detail before arranging an in person viewing. This greatly cuts down on time wasted where people are not interested and also helps maintain safety standards during the Coronavirus pandemic. Whilst the video tours above provide a great solution to show tenants more of the property, we are also offering live virtual viewings via WhatsApp. We book a viewing slot at the property and one of our agents attends and calls the tenant and then carries out a virtual viewing, this provides the tenant the ability to ask questions rather than just watching the video tour.
We have received a great response from tenants for both options.
