If your property is already tenanted or you already have a new tenant then simply pay the monthly management fee - no sign up fees*
*If your tenant has rent arrears, claiming housing benefit or has any other tenancy issue we will charge a £250 inc VAT transfer fee. If you require tenant referencing this will be charged at £150 per tenant inc VAT. Some options incur an additional charge.
